One of the chapter advisors of the Beta Chi chapter (Willamette University) has been in contact with the Xi Xi Executive Board, and it has been requested that a post regarding one of their upcoming events be added to this newsletter :)

Beta Chi will be putting on a BINGO night for their members and PNMs (as they have COB) and are looking for some assistance in prize donations for the winners, particularly in the form of a prize basket. It was also mentioned that the chapter will accept donations from local businesses who would be willing to donate prizes as well. So, if you are employed at a business/organization that offers such donations, please get in touch! 

We are aware that it may be difficult to donate an entire basket, so there is also an Amazon wish list being constructed as we speak! If you are interested in donating through the wish list, please stay tuned via our private Facebook page or on this page.

Again, this event will be happening on November 14th
so if donations could be mailed in before then, that would be wonderful! It's also worth mentioning, that the executive board is now starting to branch out and include other collegiate chapters into the mix besides Delta Omicron, and this would be a great starting off point.
